Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hunuu Health's platform, website, or mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all users including Founders Club members, free trial users, and any other users of our platform.

Description of Service

Hunuu Health provides an AI-powered health intelligence platform that:

• Aggregates and analyzes data from 50+ wearable devices and health sensors
• Generates personalized health insights and predictive analytics
• Enables Health Circle sharing with your chosen care team and family
• Provides provider credentialing and scoring via the SIQ Score engine
• Offers supplement intelligence cross-referenced against your biomarkers

Hunuu Health is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Our platform provides health information and predictive insights to help you be more informed, but:

• Our AI predictions and insights are not medical diagnoses
• You should always consult a licensed healthcare provider before making health decisions
• In a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room
• Hunuu Health is not liable for health decisions made based on platform information

Founders Club Membership

The Founders Club is an annual subscription that provides access to the Hunuu Health platform for $25 USD per year, subject to the following terms:

• Annual Subscription: Founders Club membership is billed annually at $25 USD per year and will automatically renew each year unless cancelled.
• Founding Rate Locked for Life: Founding members lock in the $25/year rate for as long as they maintain continuous membership. Standard pricing applies to memberships started after the Founders Club closes.
• Feature Inclusion: Founders receive access to all current features and most new features at no additional charge.
• Premium Add-ons: Some future premium features may be available to Founders at preferential pricing.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current annual billing period; access continues until that date.
• Non-Transferable: Founders Club membership is tied to your account and is not transferable.
• Refund Policy: Founders Club purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or any renewal charge.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the platform only for lawful, personal health management purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse our platform or AI systems
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

Intellectual Property

All platform technology, AI models, algorithms, user interface designs, and content are the exclusive property of Hunuu Health Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws including patents pending.

Your Health Data: You retain full ownership of your personal health data. You grant Hunuu Health a limited license to process your data solely to provide the services described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Data Sovereignty & Government Requests

Your data belongs to you. Hunuu Health does not sell your data, and does not voluntarily share your personal health information with any local, state, federal, or foreign government, law-enforcement, or intelligence agency for surveillance, enforcement, or any other voluntary purpose. We do not operate any bulk-data or backdoor access program.

We disclose data only when compelled by a valid, legally binding court order, and then only the specific minimum the order requires. We challenge overbroad or unlawful requests and, where legally permitted, notify the affected user in advance. We maintain a warrant canary in our Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

We retain your health data only while your account is active and delete it on account closure — from live systems within 30 days and from encrypted backups within 90 days. Intimacy and sexual-wellness data receives the shortest retention, is never shared with clinicians or third parties, and is hard-deleted on request. Account deletion is a true, irreversible hard delete. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

Health Circle Sharing

The Health Circle feature allows you to share your health data with others of your choosing. You are solely responsible for:

• Deciding what data to share and with whom
• Managing and revoking sharing permissions
• Any consequences of sharing your health information with third parties

Prohibited Uses

• Using the platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempting to access another user's health data without authorization
• Uploading false, misleading, or fraudulent health data
• Using the platform to diagnose or treat others without proper licensing
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract our AI models or algorithms
• Reselling access to the platform

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hunuu Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to health decisions made based on platform information.

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hunuu Health Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@hunuuhealth.com. Founders Club members who cancel will retain access through the end of their current annual billing period.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cherokee County, Georgia, or through binding arbitration as mutually agreed.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance via email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
